Agile experience design

In this talk I will discuss how user centred design and agile approaches can effectively work together. How we can get rapid customer (end user) feedback and validation into the process to ensure we are building the right thing for the right people.

Bio:

Marc is passionate about putting the customer feedback at the heart of development. He has a PhD. in Human Factors and over a decade of working in IT and user-centred design. Previously a Principal Consultant at ThoughtWorks, he is now Director of Customer Experience, Advice and Innovation for uSwitch, a UK price comparison website. Marc recently co-authored the book ‘Agile Experience Design,’ which draws on his experience of mentoring start-ups and introducing user centred lean and agile practices into large and small organizations.
