Olaf Lewitz

Abstract:

Using StrategicPlay (see this Prezi for a good overview), a method for building dynamic, tangible models with LEGO bricks, we will build a shared model of the Agile community Finland with the participants. Apart from sharing this method, we want to gather ideas and next steps to enlarge the possibilities of the Agile community.

Bio:

I am an agile42 Coach, Idea Farmer and Linchpin.
I inspire people to improve the way they work.
I inspire managers to make their organisations more effective.

“Prepare to be surprised” is a motto I live and work by (and it goes both ways!).
I am a skeptical empiricist, complexity seeker and linchpin. I try to let myself be perpetually perplexed.

As a coach, my motto is that of NannyMcPhee:

“When you need me, but do not want me, I must stay. When you want me, but no longer need me, then I have to go.”

I have experience in Scrum, Kanban, XP, SPICE, CMMI, V-Model XT, PRINCE2. I am method-agnostic as long as the method makes a business more effective.
