Stuart Eccles

Your business model is the product

The business model encompasses everything about how your organisation will create, deliver and capture value. Your product, web start-up or otherwise, could have many different possible models but how do you know which ones are worth pursuing? By understanding your business model and the assumptions you have created you can start to determine which ones are a risky bet and which ones are grounded in reality.
In this talk Stuart Eccles will cover the characteristics of classic business models, the how to validate key assumptions and how to use the business model canvas to understand and iterate your model.
