When you finally get to that point with your startup, where you realize that you have a product, customers and possibly even money, how do you go to the next level? Growing an organization can traditionally cause pains, even slow down development as new people are added to the team.

This talk tackles the issue of navigating around growing pains and maintaining a lean methodology while allowing the team size to grow even at a rapid rate, with real-life examples from the growth of Applifier, that went from 4 to 24 employees in a little over 6 months.

Bio:

Tuomas Rinta is the Head of Product at Applifier, a fast-growing startup providing cross-promotion solutions form games on Facebook and on mobile platforms. Tuomas has seen the rise (and fall) of startups and large corporations, having worked in multiple roles at different companies ever since the late 90′s. Before Applifier, Tuomas sold his previous start-up, a popular Finnish blogging platform, to the Finnish media corporation Alma Media, and spent a few years in a multi-national corporation before returning to his passion of startups.
