ScanAgile24 takes place at Helsinki Congress Paasitorni (Paasivuorenkatu 5 A, Helsinki) on March 6th and 7th, 2024 from 8:00 am. Check out the program for more details.

How to get to the venue?

Public transport:

• You can use tram, metro or bus from the Helsinki Central Railway Station.
• The nearest tram, bus and metro stop, Hakaniemi, it’s a short walk of 280m.
• Reittiopas (HSL app) offers the most reliable connections.About a kilometer away is the Central Railway Station, easily reachable by foot or bicycle. On the side flanking Saariniemenkatu, Paasitorni provides bicycle parking.

By car:

• Paasitorni does not have its own parking facilities.
• The toll-paying parking area at Eläintarhanlahti Bay and the long-term parking options at Jaffa Station (Arena Center Hakaniemi) are nearby. Click here for a parking map with parking information.

In what spaces will ScanAgile23 be held?

Floor 1:

• ℹ️ Info Desk, to register and pick up your badge, to request information etc. Opens at 8:00 am.
• 🦊 Fox, the room for Talks.
• 🌲 Forest, here you find the Coaching clinic.

Floor 1.5:

• ☕️ Lobby, coffee and snacks.
• 🐿 Squirrel, a place for Workshops.
• 🐻 Bear, the room for Talks.
• 🦌 Moose, a place for Workshops.

Floor 2 – Restaurant Paasi:

• 🥐 Breakfast is served both conference days between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.
• 🍲 Lunch is served on March 6th between 12:15 and 13:30 and on March 7th between 12:00 and 13:15.
• 💃 Conference Party on March 6th begins at 17:30 and ends at 22:00.

Floor 2.5:

• 🟠 OP Main Stage, the room for Keynotes and Talks.
• ❤️ Sponsors Area, where you might get to know our sponsors and mingle with the industry leaders.

Paasitorni’s premises are accessible to people with reduced mobility. To enter the conference centre you pass through the inner courtyard. You will find automated doors between the main entrance at Paasivuorenkatu 5 A and Hotel Scandic Paasi at 5 B. Frequently Asked Questions:

• Where can I get my conference pass? – You’ll receive your conference pass at the Info desk, sorted by your name. Registration opens on Wednesday at 8:00 a.m.
• Does my ticket include food and drinks? – Yes. There will be a non-stop supply of coffee, tea, and flavoured water. Conference includes the breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks on both conference days and during conference party. Everything lactose-free and labeled with allergens. For special diet check with the Paasitorni staff. 
  
• How do I register for the Workshops? – There will be a signup papers in front of the designated workshop rooms. First come, first served basis up to the workshop capacity.
  
• Is online participation available? – No. We are fully on-site event and the sessions will not be recorded.
• What is the Code of Conduct? – Our event follows the Code of Conduct of Agile.fi community. You can read that here. There will a Code of Conduct printout available across the venue.
