Jenni Kylmäkoski works at Nokia as a R&D Leader.

She is a passionate speaker for the agile way of working and team collaboration at every level of the organisation. Her involvement with ScanAgile began with the ScanAgile 2020 online series.

As part of ScanAgile23, she will ensure that everything runs smoothly and remove any obstacles that might arise. Feel free to approach her for a chat and feedback during the event (and before/after)!

Eliška Čejpová, formerly a software developer, is now a Scrum Master with a passion for community, education, and speaking. An open mindset and continuous learning are important to her. 

She strives to build a better world by empowering people’s growth and protecting the weak. Blue lipstick is also on her collection, as well as a rainbow bookshelf. Besides serving keynote speakers and conference speakers, she also keeps the conference on track to ensure attendees have choices when it comes to ScanAgile23 speakers.

New to the Finnish agile community, Eli is eager to begin a new position as Scrum Master and meet fellow agilists. Connect with her!

José Alarcón is a methodology coach at Varian.

He helps teams build and deliver innovative products that touch millions of cancer patients across the world.

José belongs to the N+1 club. Currently, his favorite bike is a Tern GSD that keeps him and his two daughters on the move through the icy and snowy Finnish winter.

Stuart is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Visual Storyteller with a deep-rooted appreciation for methods of Design Thinking and Agile Ways of working.

Telling impactful stories is his key driver. Within the Agile Community and beyond, he endorses Visual Storytelling’s use to engage stakeholders, address customer needs, enhance team collaboration, and accelerate learning.

Through Design Thinking, Visual Storytelling and Product Agility workshops, Stuart teaches teams how to visualize the intangible, catalyze customer-centric creativity, and drive product innovation.

When he’s not clutching his pens, he’s grabbing the microphone and bouncing onto the stage as a conference emcee. This year, Stuart will emcee Forest, the main room of ScanAgile23.

As a marketing strategist, Sussy Sáenz focuses on growing brand awareness and product acceptance across multiple markets. She emphasizes that on the journey to success, there is no end to learning. 

For ScanAgile23 Sussy facilitates conversations between the agile community and ScanAgile through digital, social, and event marketing. Through her role as conference organiser, she gained valuable insight into the needs of the Agile community, and identified the benefits ScanAgile23 will provide.

Look out for Sussy, who is eager to take over a new marketing role. She enjoys creative thinking and sharing ideas with others through laughter. Connect with her!

Kjell de Ruiter is an Agile coach at If Insurance.

He believes that if we bring people together magical things can happen, even more so when we find ways to remove the structures that hold us back.

If you need fresh ideas or a horrible bit of dad humour, he is your guy.

For ScanAgile Kjell has been working hard to secure the best speakers and make sure the speakers have everything they need.

Juha Luotio works as an Agile Coach at Innofactor.

He serves as ScanAgile23’s excellent treasurer. Juha makes good decisions by focusing on facts and exercising sound judgment.

Marko Hirsimäki is an Agile coach at RELEX.

In his opinion, smiling and working together towards a common goal makes people much more efficient. 

A newcomer to ScanAgile, Marko will be among those organising the conference party and likely the DJ. If you attend the conference party, you may hear his productions.

Over the past two decades, Marko has worked with agile approaches and is open to discussions on practically any subject. Music or disc golf are also options.

Sevcan comes from an unconventional career path, starting as a kindergarten teacher, then a researcher and a university lecturer. She now works as a scrum master at Nordea, combining educational sciences and developmental psychology to serve the community of developers, stakeholders and fellow agile executioners.

As a first-year member of the ScanAgile organising committee, Sevcan spreads the word about the conference, provides public speaking and presentation tips to speakers, and hosts participants so everyone has an enjoyable conference experience.
